GET/organizers/:organizerId/tournaments

Tournaments the organizer shares on their result page, most recent first. Same query parameters and response shape as GET /tournaments. Works with API tokens and public API keys.

Errors: 404 ORGANIZER_NOT_FOUND — unknown id, or an organizer of another sport. Slugs are not accepted here, use the id from GET /organizers.
